CAD design & 3D modelling

No 3D file? No problem.

We turn ideas, sketches, photos, measurements and broken parts into accurate CAD designs and print-ready 3D models — then print the finished part.

  1. Step 1: CAD DesignWe turn your idea, sketch or broken part into a detailed design.
  2. Step 2: 3D ModellingWe create accurate 3D models ready for printing and testing.
  3. Step 3: 3D PrintingWe print high-quality parts in the right material for your application.

Where you can start

Start with whatever you have

You don't need an STL file to work with us. Any of these is enough to begin a conversation about your part.
  • An ideaDescribe what the part needs to do.
  • A sketch or drawingHand sketches and rough drawings are fine.
  • MeasurementsKey dimensions of the part or the space it fits.
  • PhotosClear photos from a few angles, ideally with a ruler.
  • A sample or broken partWe can work from the original to recreate it.
  • An existing fileSTEP, STL, DWG or OBJ to adjust or improve.

What we do

Design and modelling services

CAD Design & Drawing

Detailed 2D drawings and 3D CAD designs from your idea, sketch or sample part.

You don't need a 3D file to get started. Bring us an idea, a hand sketch, measurements, photos or the part itself, and we'll turn it into a dimensioned design that can be reviewed, adjusted and manufactured.

  • Designs from ideas and sketches
  • 2D technical drawings
  • Measuring up sample parts
  • Design changes and improvements

3D Modelling

Accurate, print-ready 3D models optimised for strength, function and manufacturability.

We build 3D models with printing in mind — wall thicknesses, tolerances, orientation and how the part will be loaded — so the first print is as close as possible to what you need.

  • Print-ready models
  • Recreating broken or discontinued parts
  • Fixing and adapting existing files
  • Fit and assembly checks

Then we print it

Once the design is right, we print it in a material suited to how the part will be used — PLA, PETG, ABS or ASA — and courier it to you anywhere in South Africa.

Only have an idea, sketch or broken part?

We can help develop the design.

  • Send a photo
    of your part
  • Upload a sketch
    or file (STL, STEP, etc.)
  • Tell us what you need
and we'll take it from there
